I really enjoyed reading this book. The Dark Blood trilogy is packed with adventure and the battle between parties in the search for immortality just doesn't seem to approach an end. Sammy and her white wolf shifter are on the run through this entire book, and she is constantly questioning why her mother deserted her, but rumor has it is now seeking her out. There is a lot of dangerous developments through most of this book, and I recommend it to readers that enjoy stories about treacherous vampires and promising werewolves.
