Review: Scarlet Venom

Scarlet Venom Scarlet Venom by Frost Kay
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed reading this book. It's a short read, like the previous two editions in the Mixologists and Pirates books, and it really is just downright hilarious & entertaining...all the way down to the mysterious cliffhanger you won't see coming until it's there. I strongly recommend you read the books in this series in order, and if you are a fan of sci-fi (or even if you're not) and looking for a short story you can read quickly, you should definitely give this book a try.

Review: Stealing Tranquility

Stealing Tranquility Stealing Tranquility by J.L. Weil
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed reading this book. From street rat to dragon savior, Olivia never expected this turn of events. If you are a fan of reverse harems with a YA unity and dragons, you will enjoy reading this book. This is book one in the Dragon Descendants series by a wonderful author that has already proven her worth time and time again by producing many other captivating characters and YA series, so I'm really looking forward to reading book two in this set!

Review: Secret Kingdom

Secret Kingdom Secret Kingdom by Stephany Wallace
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I loved reading this book. This is the final novel in The Winter Court Chronicles series. Theo is an amazing elf, and this is his second chance love story of finding his Silver Bond with a pixie, Kah. I'd recommend this book to fans of fantasy, fae, elves and dragons. I'd strongly suggest you begin with book 1 and read the books in order if you'd like to get the full effect from reading this series.
